Ari Engelberg Technology Management, Strategic Alliances and Operations
Mr. Engelberg possesses a wide range of business advisory skills, which include corporate development, negotiation of strategic partnerships, strategic planning, technology management and planning and operations.
Mr. Engelberg is the Founder of two separate companies, Stamps.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: STMP) and Archive, Inc. At Archive, he was instrumental in raising over $18 million in equity financing and developing strategic relationships with EDS, Verisign, and Oracle. Prior to founding Archive, Mr. Engelberg co-founded Stamps.com. Stamps.com received venture capital financing in December 1997, from Brentwood Venture Capital, Enterprise Partners, and Forrest, Binkley & Brown, completed an Initial Public Offering in June 1999, and began distributing Stamps.com Internet Postage in October 1999.
Mr. Engelberg has held senior management positions and has been responsible for a wide range of corporate departments, including business development, network operations, and web operations.
Mr. Engelberg earned a MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, a JD from the UCLA School of Law and holds a BA degree in political science and psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
