Douglas Gold VP, Business Strategy

Douglas Gold serves as Vice President of Business Strategy for W Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Gold provides the visionary leadership and operational strategies that help rapidly changing organizations achieve their strategic initiatives. He brings over 13 years of experience in corporate finance, business plan development, sales and marketing strategies, and organizational development.

Mr. Gold has served in senior management positions for the last 5 years, including CEO, VP of Finance and Director of Sales Operations. He has worked at various stages of organizational development, from start-up companies to entities with annual sales in excess of $700 million, and has experience in both closely held private companies and international publicly held companies. Mr. Gold's expertise in creating infrastructure for growth, either in turnaround/crisis mode or from scratch, has resulted in dramatic operational results in short periods of time.

Mr. Gold's professional responsibilities have included building operational infrastructure, designing branding and marketing campaigns, sales and channel development, executing merger and acquisition activities, developing training programs, managing global budgeting processes, IT systems implementations, customer acquisition/development, fundraising and managing Boards.

Mr. Gold has also dedicated his time and energy to serving his community. In 1996 he became the youngest club President in Kiwanis history, finishing his term with honorary distinction. Mr. Gold has also participated in various community service groups and industry organizations, including a foundation for missing children and has served as Chairman of the Board of the March of Dimes Birth Defects Foundation. Most notable is Mr. Gold's passionate commitment to changing the lives of children and is proudest of his service as a Jewish Big Brother. Mr. Gold holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Santa Clara University.
