Steve Wynne Leadership and Strategy

Mr. Wynne has held senior management positions in public and private corporations that include chief operations officer, president, chairman and corporate director. Mr. Wynne's experience includes serving public and privately owned companies involved in the fields of high-technology, internet, sporting goods and manufacturing. He possesses considerable management experience, sales and marketing savvy, and extensive acquisition and public markets expertise.

Mr. Wynne was President and CEO of adidas America, Inc. During Mr. Wynne's tenure, he directed the company's growth from $450 million to in excess of $1.5 billion by 1999. In 1989 Wynne co-founded a 50-person law firm in Portland, Oregon, Ater Wynne, LLP, which has grown into one of the Pacific Northwest's leading law firms. Wynne focused his practice on the representation of start-up and emerging growth companies and possesses legal experience in public and private securities offerings, SEC reporting and compliance work, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers, and employee compensation programs.

Wynne serves on the Board of Directors for several high-technology companies including Protocol Systems and Planar Systems. He also directs many non-profit efforts for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Literary Arts and the United States Soccer Foundation.

Mr. Wynne earned a JD from Willamette University's College of Law and holds a BA in History from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
